Pat’s professional career has included nearly every role in business including sales, specialty markets, recruiting, training, managing, consulting, VP, COO, CEO and President. She has been the founder of several companies, has published several books, many articles and white papers as well as being a key note speaker featured speaker at many professional meetings and conventions.

Her work history in the real estate and related industries includes nearly 1,500 companies including national and international franchisors including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, RE/MAX, Prudential Real Estate and Relocation, Keller Williams, Realty Executives, GMAC. large regional companies and other affiliate driven groups and companies.  She has been instrumental in the development of key operational systems, KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), growth, merger and exit strategies. She has also served on two International task forces and worked with committees for CRB (Certified Residential Broker) and many associations.

She is also known for her work in the technology world establishing MARPAT, Inc, as the software and technology resource for the real estate industry key business development and consulting roles for technology companies from SAP and other business systems to consumer products. Companies she has worked with in technology range from start-ups to many in the Global 1000.
