| The Resource Library has been created as an online resource
available with many of the works and publications created over the
years by Soltys, Inc. and our affiliates. Other documents that
have been added are either in the public domain or added with
permission of the author. The source and use of the documents
is noted in the description tables. This is not a public site and
has been created as a nested site without any meta tags. While
it is not currently password protected, if you are not the owner of
the site, you are probably here by invitation in which you have been
sent a specific link. The invitation and link will allow you
to view items placed on the site. If you choose to use the
items, a request for permission would be appreciated.
Modifications are not permitted without permission. Permission
for a
limited license to use copyrighted materials may be granted at
the will of the owner. Such permission will require specific
notices of authorship and ownership.
As questions are received, they will be answered. If it is
a question that is likely to be asked frequently, the answer will be
posted on the FAQ page.
The catalog is the index of some
of the documents and tools found in the
resource library. In most cases, these are in a PDF format.
In some cases such as maps and tools, these are in their original
